Raizing (ライジング) is a former Japanese video game developer.

Raizing was founded in 1993, being one of the companies which emerged from Toaplan upon it's bankruptcy, alongside Cave, Takumi and Gazelle. The company was well known for it's many shoot 'em up titles, with some of it's staff including famous shmup designer Shinobu Yagawa, as well as the Basiscape music composer team formed by Manabu Namiki, Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata.

Raizing worked closely together with Eighting, working on the games' production and development while Eighting worked on sales and distribution. Raizing was eventually assimilated into Eighting in 2000.
